Members of the PAA Physiology Section will host a 30 minute webinar demonstrating a torque wrench-based skin set tester for quantifying skin set.  Quantifying skin set is important for agronomists, storage managers and potato researchers. Time will be split equally between demonstrating use of the instrument, answering questions and offering insight from experienced users.
